Skiing in Colorado-February 2010

Chris skied in Colorado earlier this year!!! It was fun watching Chris learn how to ski again, but this time sitting down. He fell a few times, but got right back up. He even went down one of the biggest runs!!! A group of disabled people were learning right along with Chris that weekend in Colorado. Chris' strength and health, due to continued therapy at Project Walk, allowed him to be the only one on a "mono ski". A mono ski is a lot harder than the dual skies that the others used.

HCW FUNdraiser was FUN!

Chris' fundraiser had a good turnout of family and friends who came out to support him and help him raise money for his next year of therapy and potentially therapy for others!  We raised about 5 months of therapy for Chris!  Thanks to everyone who helped contribute to the efforts of that night!!!
